At The Beardmore, we have a variety of rooms that can be set up in a range of presentation styles, so we have something to suit every event. Our 170-seat purpose built auditorium is the ultimate presentation arena – perfect for both speaker and delegate. Our Arcoona conference room was created specially to enable cabaret style conferences for 120 delegates, providing a stimulating atmosphere to share ideas and discuss presentations. This versatile room can also accommodate 240 people theatre style and can be used for a range of exhibition and team activities.
Our spacious foyer provides a natural space for delegates to mingle and network, check their email and catch the news headlines. Many of our key training and meeting rooms are off this central point, making it the perfect location to mount exhibitions or poster boards, or to have informal group discussions.
